ABOUT

Access LLC is a Seattle-based company that provides exceptional painting services for commercial and residential properties. They offer a wide range of services, including interior and exterior painting, cabinet painting, deck staining, and siding installation and repair.

GOAL

The objective of this project is to enhance the online presence of small painting companies struggling with limited visibility. By developing responsive websites that effectively showcase their services and portfolios, we aim to increase web traffic and improve their chances of acquiring new clients. Ultimately, the goal is to support business growth by creating a strong online presence that attracts more customers.

PROBLEM

The previous website utilized a poorly designed free template and was unresponsive, significantly limiting accessibility and user engagement.

SOLUTION

Create a custom, responsive website that showcases ACCESS LLC’s services and portfolio. This will include a user-friendly design, optimized content for search engines, and features that encourage interaction, such as galleries and easy contact options, ultimately enhancing user experience and driving business growth.

RESEARCH

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Matthew is a homeowner seeking to schedule an appointment for a painting estimate for his house. He wants a reliable and professional painting service but finds it time-consuming to search for a good contractor online.

HYPOTHESIS STATEMENT

If a webpage effectively showcases the company’s credibility and allows homeowners to schedule appointments, it would help them find a reliable contractor and save significant time and effort.

GOAL STATEMENT

Website will allow users to schedule appointments for free estimates from any device, simplifying the process by filling out a basic form. Effectiveness will be measured by analyzing the number of successful appointments set through the website.
